1. Balanced Diet- Involving various and different types of food products in your daily life is very important. Eat a various types of nutritious food which contains adequate amount of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and fibres. 


2. Stay Social- An extrovert person is more healthy and happy as compare to an introvert, so maintaining healthy relationships and engage in social activities supports us mentally and keeps us away from depression and anxiety.


3. Avoid alcohol and smoking- As we all know both alcohol and smoking is very injurious to our health and it leads to cancer as well. Alcohol and smoking releases high level of dopamine which makes our to not indulde in the activities which releases low level of dopamine.


4. Regular Exercise- Regular exercise is one of the most important points to live a healthy life, exercise allows good circulation of blood in our body. Aim for atleast 60 minutes exercise daily for 6 days in a week is very important.


5. Adequate Sleep- 7-8 hours of sleep is very important for an adult which keeps us refreshing and fresh. A person who doesn't sleep for less than 7-8 hours develops irritating behaviour and later he suffers from anxiety and depression, so adequate amount of sleep is very important to make us feel happy and refreshing all the day.
